The double-sided adhesive film can be used to bond multi-layer PMMA, glass, and other plastic chips. The double-sided adhesive can seal microfluidic chips at room temperature, compared with hot pressing, plasma surface treatment, and chemical reagent treatment. The method avoids the influence on the chip channel and the pre-sealed sample and has good stitching strength and permeability.
