The time to positive was then determined as described in Fig.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-021-27076-z#MOESM1\" data-track=\"click\" data-track-label=\"link\" data-track-action=\"supplementary material anchor\">S3<\/a>. The majority of positive samples were detected within 30\u2009min (Fig.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-021-27076-z#Fig1\" data-track=\"click\" data-track-label=\"link\" data-track-action=\"figure anchor\">1a<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-021-27076-z#Fig1\" data-track=\"click\" data-track-label=\"link\" data-track-action=\"figure anchor\">b<\/a>). For RT-LAMP, genotype 3 and 4 detection took longer than genotype 1 and 2. Similarly, for cDNA, genotype 3 positivity occurred later than all other genotypes.
